My laptop has a external cd/dvd burner and it is not being detected. What should i do?
My laptop has a external burner and it is not being detected. Nor is the writable cd’s and dvd’s being detected. I used the burnern earlier this week and it worked fine ,but now i donit know what is up. I looked in my device manager to see if it need to be restarted but it is not being detected there either. When the cd or dvd is inserted the drive does spin but only already written disc are read. Help please.
