One of their sites seems to be a scam?

I registered and paid a membership for the Defense Reg "cleaner PC program (costs about $ 35 for 1 year) program identified 120 alleged errors and clean the system. Today I tried to login again, but all entries site just trying to sell the program and provides no way to re-enter the program for existing customers. Is this site a scam? Even sites that supposedly are critical of the program are nothing but sell more systems. Indicate if I cancel my credit card. Thank you. kugler007@yahoo.com

It could be a site false. I work with computers and have not heard of this site before.It seems expensive for a cleaner PC. Cancel your credit cards and use this site.
